Linda Tarro- Founder/CEO has an adult daughter with Down syndrome, many years of hands on and work experience in the adult day programming industry.
Trish Oswald- art teacher/programmer, has an adult son with Down syndrome and her Masters Degree in Art.
Kris Spicer- past vision therapist and resource room personnel with 30 plus years of experience with special abilities.
Dr. Morgan Tarro OTR/L- Director of ISP adaptations and doctor of occupational therapy; has been apart of the disability community her whole life due to her older sister having Down syndrome
